2. Client Obligations
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your Project Briefs to facilitate fair matching via the Atlas™ engine.
- Fund approved milestones in a timely manner into the secure Relay™ escrow system.
- Adhere to the SLA clocks defined by the Covenant™ engine for reviewing and accepting or rejecting deliverables.
- Engage with Partners in good faith to resolve any issues before initiating a formal dispute.
3. Partner & Desk Obligations
As a Partner or Desk, you agree to:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date profile of your capabilities and compliance certifications (Beacon™).
- Deliver high-quality work according to the agreed-upon milestones and scope defined in the Forge™ engine.
- Adhere to all delivery timelines and communication protocols set by the Covenant™ engine.
- Uphold the standards of the platform to maintain and grow your Helix™ reputation score.
4. Role of the Backbone
Worksiox provides a governed delivery exchange backbone; we are not a party to the direct contracts between Clients and Partners. Our role is to:
- Provide the technology and engines (Atlas™, Covenant™, Relay™, etc.) to facilitate and govern engagements.
- Act as a neutral third-party to enforce platform rules, such as SLA timers and acceptance-gated payouts.
- Maintain an immutable audit trail of key events for all parties via the LedgerFlow™ engine.
5. Disputes & Governance
In the event of a disagreement, you agree to use the platform's structured dispute resolution process. This process utilizes the data from LedgerFlow™ to provide a fair, evidence-based resolution. Escalation paths and potential penalties are governed by the rules set within the Covenant™ engine.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worksiox Technologies will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts located in Houston, Texas.
