Client Data

As a Client using the Worksiox backbone, we collect information essential for orchestrating delivery:

• Organizational Data: Company information, user accounts, and roles required for project setup.
• Project Briefs: The goals, constraints, and requirements you define, which are used by the Atlas™ engine for matching.
• Funding & Acceptance Records: Financial data and approval events processed through Relay™ and Forge™, which are recorded in LedgerFlow™.

Partner & Desk Data

As a Partner or Desk on the exchange, we collect data to showcase your capabilities and build your reputation:

• Profile & Capability Data: Your company profile, areas of expertise, and compliance certifications (managed by Beacon™) used for matching.
• Performance Data: Delivery timelines, client acceptance rates, and dispute records. This data directly contributes to your compounding Helix™ reputation score.
• Financial & Identity Data: Information required for secure KYC/KYB and to process instant payouts via Relay™.

How We Use Information

Your data is the fuel for the governed backbone. We use it specifically to:

• Enable Intelligent Matching: Atlas™ uses project briefs and partner capabilities to create optimal shortlists.
• Calculate Reputation: Helix™ processes performance data to generate trust scores, ensuring a merit-based ecosystem.
• Automate Governance: Covenant™, Relay™, and Forge™ use project data to enforce SLAs, manage escrow, and trigger payouts.
• Provide Auditable Records: LedgerFlow™ aggregates event data to provide all parties with a single source of truth.
